2027 Wristbands and Tickets
Why a wristband?
We take immense pride in being Europe’s longest-standing women-only festival and a registered non-profit organisation. By purchasing a festival wristband, you are directly supporting our ongoing work and helping us continue to develop and improve the International Eressos Women’s Festival year after year.
Your wristband provides immediate and ongoing benefits:
- Core Festival Access: Your wristband gives you priority entry and free access to all festival events taking place in our open-air cinema, including concerts, performances, international DJs and film screenings. Check the events programme calendar for the full schedule (6th to 18th September 2027).
- Workshops and Activities: Wristband holders receive free access to the vast majority of workshops, classes, discussions, walks, fitness sessions and other daytime activities.
Please note that all workshops and activities are subject to the capacity of the individual venue, and participation cannot always be guaranteed once a session is full. Some activities may require advance sign-up. A small fee or discounted charge may apply only where materials, food, transport or other direct costs are involved. -
Exclusive Discounts & Membership: Your wristband purchase automatically gives you General Access Membership, providing discounts on selected festival merchandise, official trips, activities and other items available through our online shop.
You can manage these benefits via your dedicated Membership Area after purchase.
Mandatory Unique Email Requirement
Your General Access Membership is linked to the individual attendee information entered during checkout.
You may purchase multiple wristbands in a single order, but each wristband must be assigned to a different attendee with a unique email address.
This is necessary so that each attendee can receive and access the benefits connected to her own wristband and membership.
About Single-Night Tickets
Festival wristbands are the only way to guarantee priority access throughout the full festival.
For some individual evening events, a limited number of tickets may become available at the door, subject entirely to venue capacity. These tickets are not sold in advance.
Single-night tickets will typically cost €15 to €25, depending on the event.
Where capacity allows, door sales will usually begin shortly before the performance starts, after wristband holders have been admitted. Availability cannot be guaranteed, particularly for popular or high-capacity events.
How will I receive my wristband?
Your wristband must be collected in person in Skala Eressos from the Sappho Women Festival Office during opening hours.
Because of the type of wristbands we use — eco-conscious recycled P.E.T. satin wristbands with metal clip closures — we are unable to send wristbands by post.
Please bring a digital or printed copy of your invoice or ticket voucher with you when collecting your wristband.
Your invoice and ticket voucher will be emailed to you automatically once your purchase has been completed successfully through our website.
Terms and Conditions
Festival wristbands are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.
Please keep your wristband on for the full duration of the festival. Lost, removed or damaged wristbands cannot automatically be replaced.
Before making your purchase, we kindly ask you to read and agree to our Terms & Conditions.
Your contribution directly supports the continuation of the International Eressos Women’s Festival and the work of Sappho Women.
