These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products, services, digital content, memberships, and festival access wristbands through womensfestival.eu (the “Site”).
The Site is operated by Sappho Women, a non-profit organisation registered in Greece.
By placing an order on this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific products or services.

3. Our Contract With You
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming acceptance of your order.
If we are unable to accept your order (for example, due to pricing errors or product unavailability), we will inform you and issue a refund where applicable.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products or services on this Site. Minors may use the Site only with parental or guardian involvement.

- Festival access wristbands
- Digital content

- Merchandise and goods
- Services and event-related offerings
6. Festival Wristbands – Important Information
Festival wristbands provide access to the International Eressos Women’s Festival and related events.
- Wristbands are non-refundable.
- Wristbands are personal and non-transferable.
- Wristbands must remain securely attached at all times.
- PDF purchase vouchers are issued by email; wristbands are collected in person.
Any tampering, misuse, or breach of festival rules may result in removal without refund.
7. Code of Conduct, Safety & Behaviour
Attendance at the Festival is subject to compliance with the
Festival Code of Conduct.
Failure to comply may result in removal from events without refund. Sappho Women reserves the right to refuse entry or revoke access for safety or behavioural reasons.
8. Delivery
- Goods: Delivered within 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Digital content: Made available immediately after order acceptance.
- Services: Provided as described at purchase.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, or public safety concerns.
In such cases, wristband purchases remain non-refundable.
10. Your Right to Cancel
You may have a legal right to cancel certain purchases within 14 days, except where excluded by law.
No right to cancel applies to:
- Festival wristbands
- Digital content once accessed or downloaded
- Services already completed
11. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 14 days.
12. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Alpha Bank e-Commerce or other approved gateways. All transactions use encrypted connections.
13. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or rights that cannot be excluded under Greek law.
We are not liable for indirect or business-related losses.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site is owned by or licensed to Sappho Women. You may not reproduce or exploit content without permission.
15. Personal Data
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Greek law. Greek courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
