Ecstatic Dance — “Let’s Dance Our Six Senses”

Ecstatic Dance workshop is a free-form movement practice where choreography, set steps, and expectations fall away, and something truer takes their place.

In this workshop, we open to all six senses – sight, sound, touch, taste, smell, and intuition in movements to the music, and to the wisdom of our own bodies. No experience needed. No right or wrong way to move. Just you, the rhythm, and your inner free spirit.

Together we dance, we release, and we arrive at a meditative, ecstatic state of mind – connecting to breath, body, soul, and self. The workshop follows a musical arc that begins softly, rises into high-energy beats for emotional release, then gradually returns to stillness and presence.

This is a safe, loving space for stress relief, self-awareness, and genuine joy. A moving meditation. A homecoming. And yes – a lot of fun.

This workshop is for every body. Whether you’re a seasoned mover or have never danced in your life, you are welcome here.

About your guide & facilitator:
Annette Sahara Horning (ASH) is a Danish dancer and dance school owner, yoga teacher, channeling spiritual medium, podcaster and space holder – and a proud member of the queer community. With years of devoted practice across movement, embodiment, and spiritual facilitation, she brings a rare depth to everything she holds. To ASH it’s all about self empowerment and awareness.

Through Ecstatic Dance, ASH creates spaces where women can drop into their bodies, awaken all six senses, release what no longer serves them, and remember their own power. She leads with warmth, presence, and a fierce belief that every woman deserves to feel fully free in her own skin. Always adding a little craziness and fun to the dance.
