Kick-Boxing with Laura
As a Personal Trainer and Kickboxing coach in the UK Laura will introduce a kickboxing workshop for beginners. This will be fun and beneficial for participants in many ways, including learning some simple but effective self defence techniques to take away from the sessions. Come to one or all of the workshops. No experience required and all levels of fitness welcome. This will be a safe, friendly and welcoming space for all.
