Jane Traies and Jacky Bratton write together as Jay Taverner, and have now published four successful lesbian historical novels in the ‘Brynsquilver’ series.

The latest, Liberty, is their most ambitious story yet. Set at the time of the French Revolution, it takes its two heroines on an epic journey across continents as they seek a place where they can live and love in safety.
