Desire, Touch & Empower. Many of us don’t even know what we want. We respond to what others want from us, what we feel we “should” do, or perhaps we are afraid of disappointing or hurting someone, so we go along. In this 2-hour workshop, we will create a safe space using the context of sensual touch to get in touch with our desires, our yes’s and our no’s, practice asking for what we want and exercising our right to say no and set boundaries.

Cynthia is a master certified coach and tantra facilitator who has studied extensively with Agapi Apostolopoulou, Tao Tantric Arts and Everyday Tantra. She has been on the personal transformation path for 30+ years and the tantric path for the last 3. She is a certified Tantra Teacher and is being certified as a Sacred Femininity Facilitator. For the past year, Cynthia has been offering tantric workshops for lesbians and adjacent nonbinary people in the DC area.
