Sappho Women at Europride Thessaloniki 2024!
We are excited to share the news that Sappho Women will be participating in this year’s Europride, held in Thessaloniki this upcoming June! Europride is a massive, week-long celebration of LGBTQI+ pride held in a different European city each year. It’s a chance for the community to come together, celebrate diversity and inclusion, and raise awareness for LGBTQI+ rights.
This year, Thessaloniki gets to host this vibrant event, and Sappho Women will be right there in the heart of it all!
We’ll have our own information stand at the pride fair from 25th to 30th June, where you can learn more about our non-profit organisation and our mission to empower lesbian women in Greece.
In addition to the information stand, we’ll also be hosting a party at Zigkouala, a lesbian bar in Thessaloniki. The party is scheduled for 28th of June and is a great opportunity to meet other lesbian women, celebrate diversity, and dance the night away! Our very own DJ Funda will play her tunes from 6pm! The party is open to all.
