Rooted in the traditions of Sappho’s era, these dances transcend physical movement, unlocking a journey of emotional and spiritual release. The workshop will start with a light Greek Goddess Yoga.

Drawing from my diverse training in yoga, dance, and somatics, I have created this unique mindful practice that unlocks the power of the Greek alphabet together with distinctive female qualities of the Greek goddesses. It aligns body and mind with the ancient symbols of wisdom, tapping into the deep, sacred energy of each letter and specific powerful words to enhance both physical and spiritual well-being.

Ec-stasis, meaning in Greek “out of stasis” or breaking free from stagnant states, will guide us to flow in unity with our feminine essence. Come dance together, embody the feminine, and feel the pulse of love, freedom and community as it echoes through the ages.
