Vijnana (understanding from inside) is in many ways a continuation of the long tradition of Yoga. This practice connects even more between body and feelings. In Vijnana we are always aware of opposition in order to create a harmonious unit: To go up, go down. To go forward, shift back. Reaching for the left, steady yourself on the right.
Vijnana also emphasizes the move from wide grasp of reality to specific elements and then aback to the wide vision. Both connected to the core and is practiced through Asanas (positions). This move is a skill that we want to develop inside us.
We will practice asanas, and some meditation focusing on Vijnana principles (quieting the mind, intention, connection, breathing, expanding)in a pleasant flow.
Training is suitable for all levels. At this stage it does not require extra physical effort. Come for effective practice.
