Let’s Do It Greece 2024

Sunday April 14, 2024 – 11:00 am.

We carry out voluntary cleaning, landscaping and aesthetic upgrading of our villages. Sappho Women has been designated to the area on the beach; from the turtle river to the end.

The volunteer’s nationwide campaign “Let’s Do It Greece” is coordinated by Eressos Tourism Association with the invaluable contribution of “Fanias” Cultural Association, Fishermen’s Association, Tourist Accommodation Association, the parent’s association from Elementary and pre-school, and Sappho Women.

Start: 11:00 am – The Sappho Women team is meeting in the main parking of Skala Eressos and from there we will make our way to the beach. It will be helpful to have a car or two that can assist bringing the bin liners and litterpickers.

Ends: 1:00 pm – Gathering of all volunteers in Skala Eressos Square for refreshments.

Please Note: All teams will be responsible for collecting all bags in one spot so they can easily be collected by the trucks of the municipality.
