Marta Breen, the author of books like “Women in Battle” and “Smash the Patriarchy”, will lead a workshop for our ‘EmpowerHer’ Workshop Series.

The talk will be based on her book “How to be a feminist”, where she explains some myths and misunderstandings about feminism, and at the same time, gives the reader good tips on how to achieve more equality in life.

Breen also talks about the concept of internalization, which refers to how women themselves adopt society’s views on women – and how you can free yourself from these mechanisms.

MARTA BREEN (b. 1976) is an award-winning Norwegian author of non-fiction with several publications to her name. Her book ”Women in Battle” has been sold to 28 countries including the USA, France, Italy, Turkey, Brazil, Russia and Egypt.
