Never tried scuba diving before? Curious to see how it feels before committing to a full diving experience?
Black Rock Dive Centre offers a free one-to-one introduction to scuba diving in shallow, confined water.
After a short safety briefing, an instructor will help you get comfortable with the equipment before taking you for a gentle swim in the water. It’s a relaxed opportunity to experience breathing underwater and find out whether diving might be for you.
No advance sign-up is needed. Simply come to Black Rock Dive Centre anytime between 14.00 and 17.00 on the advertised festival dates. Each participant will receive individual instruction from the dive instructor.
Please note: Before taking part, you will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire to confirm that it is safe for you to dive.
