About Ils

I’m a professional painter, I attended my 12 year training at the art academy in my home country Belgium, living in Switzerland where I have my studio, in which I prepare for exhibitions, workshops, live paintings, cocreations, commissions, teachings and conferences all over Europe.

In automn of 2024 I got rewarded from l’Académie des Arts, Sciences et Lettres in Paris for my art and its impact on society. I have a teacher’s degree and I’m used to working with groups, creating a safe space for people to be able to connect to their creativity and to express themselves freely and joyfully.
