Finding Support When Your Partner Has Died
I run an international self-organised group for lesbians whose partner/wife has died. We currently have 715 members from across the English-speaking world.
I am a family and relationship psychotherapist with over thirty years experience of therapy and facilitating groups. I am part of the ACCESSCare research project (KCL London) which is exploring the experiences of LGBT+ people in relation to serious illness and bereavement.
My late partner died of bowel cancer. I have been a member of the South East London Cancer Research Panel. I have also had cancer.
