Nia & Freedance: Unleash the Joy of Movement
Buy Your Wristband Here
In this workshop, it’s all about experiencing the pure joy of movement! It blends Nia’s holistic approach with guided Freedance, creating a space where women can explore self-expression, creativity, and connection.
Nia combines elements of dance, martial arts, and mindful movement, while the guided Freedance encourages intuitive movement, helping each individual release tension and embrace their unique rhythm.
Nia is both a fun workout for your whole body that will make you sweat and a powerful practice for self-discovery. No prior experience is required—every woman is welcome. Just bring an open mind and a desire to move freely and joyfully!
Hi, I’m Chantal! I’m a Nia® Dance-Fitness teacher and Life Coach, and my mission is to help women reconnect with their bodies and inner selves through movement and mindfulness. From my very first Nia class in 2009, I was so captivated that I quickly enrolled in the teacher training program—it felt like “coming home” to my dance.
My training includes Nia® White and Blue Belts, the Five Stages training (2009-2024), and a 12-month Spiritual Life Coaching course by Laura Malina Seiler. Over the years, I’ve gained deep expertise in dance, coaching, and personal development.
Originally from Switzerland, I’ve lived in Munich for over 30 years. I danced professionally with the Bavarian State Ballet for 10 years, then built a new career, spending another 10 years as a Product Manager in e-commerce.
